Default "popularity" in booth view

This is more of an observation than a question.

I notice that, for some time, my order of popularity has not changed. The thing is, it’s totally WRONG.

My 2nd item in the top row of 5, is 7th on the views list, and the other 4 items are not even on the first PAGE of views in the stats.

It makes my booth look inactive and unattended.

Why can we not have a default of NEWEST first?

I realize not everyone will be satisfied with the same view, but really, at least Newest changes once in a while, and makes a booth look fresh.

It’s discouraging to add stuff, just like when it was ‘Highest Price’, since the page NEVER changes.

Another problem with it is, in Batch Edit, Pop. is also the default. While that makes sense and I can change it in order to check my most recent listings, it is annoying. When I go from basic add/edit to Search Optimize, for example, it reverts BACK to Pop. and I have to change it AGAIN.

I know when it first came out, I posted that I liked it, as it provided a new view. However, it hasn’t changed in so long, there is no way it is updating to what IS popular.

I was getting kind of tired of seeing the same thing myself…seemed the most popular items never changed, which I know was wrong

Maybe the difference you are talking about occurs from some B. mix stats [URL removed] search crawler activity plus our cliks, when we are working on our own items, etc.

It’s very disturbing that Bonanza stats include us looking at our own [URL removed]

Anyway, extremely low number of views for many members…
