Cool! Thanks for that info!

I’m actually a little surprised they plan to hold the line on prices.. now if only they would lower the price of Parcel Post, since the two services are priced nearly the same on lighter-weight items, without the insurance and 3-day guarantee of Priority.

Thank goodness that there will be no price increase for this service [URL removed] “There will be no price difference based on the scheduled delivery day. Current prices (January 27, 2013) will remain in place. Prices for all Postal Service™ products, including Priority Mail, can be accessed through our Price List.”

Good news that we can continue to use our old [URL removed] “Yes, there will be new packaging. On or before July 28th, packaging supplies will have the new design and be available in all Post Offices and online. You’ll be able to use old packaging until your current stock runs out.”

Thank you for the heads up, A2z!

Your welcome. Figure there would be rumors flying around and since I stumbled on this info, I thought I would share.

Oops posted with wrong booth.

In the past when they’ve changed the packaging, they’ve also changed the sizes.

Since many of us base our businesses around being able to ship a certain kind of item in a certain sized box (and often, there’s no room to spare), a change in sizes could significantly impact our sales. Will the sizes stay the same?

I didn’t see anything about size, but they did say they were making changes. Just when we get things all set they go and change everything.

Thanks for posting. Two things I read I liked.

1) Insurance up to $50 or $100. I’m guessing it will be $50 for Priority and $100 for Priority Express.
2) Estimated delivery dates right on the label.
