I take 2 caplets in the morning, late afternoon and before going to bed.
It gives me relief more relief from fibromyalgia pain than I used to get with the immediate-release paracetamol/acetaminophen 4 times a day.
It's a shame it's not sold in the UK, but thanks to the internet I can still but it.
I definitely recommend it.
