We're excited to announce that the new My Bonanza and My Sales pages are now live! This has been a big project for our team and we can't wait for you explore the new features. We think they will make the experience faster, easier, and more useful for both sellers and buyers.
Here are a few details about what to expect today. For more details about the project, you can also check out our our recent posts about My Bonanza and My Sales, or check out the video below.
You can get to the new pages using the My Bonanza link in the navigation (or by logging in). We set up a quick tutorial on the page that helps explain a few of the big changes that we made. This will show up the first time you visit the new My Bonanza. It's totally optional, but it's a good way to get familiar with the features in just a minute or two.
All site users still have a My Bonanza page, which shows recent purchases, shopping activity, wish list, and other favorites. Sellers also have a new My Sales page, which has details about recent sales, booth activity, seller tools, and much more. Sellers can tab easily between My Sales and My Bonanza using tabs above the navigation.
The navigation was reorganized to go along with this new page structure. The My Bonanza navigation includes things used by everyone, such as messages, purchase history, and general account settings. The My Sales navigation contains everything related to selling. When an item is selected, the navigation folds over to show all the options related to it. Bright notifications help alert and direct you to new activity, such as new messages or new sales.
There are many new features and improvements to explore on the new My Bonanza and My Sales pages. We really value your feedback, so we'd love to hear your thoughts about the new experience. The best place to provide feedback is in the Bonanza feedback forum.

Batch Edit which is used daily was so easy to find & navigate. There seems to be no Batch Edit on the new My Bonanza page, so now using the “Update items as a group” method. Site changes should be user friendly & easily accessible – these are not user friendly changes.

The Batch Edit option is located under the “My Sales” tab.
If you click on “Items” (the 3rd option from the top), you’ll see “Batch Edit” in the menu that slides out.
It’s not bad, requires some getting used to but shouldn’t take long. Only initial user-unfriendly discovery was that “Items” (i.e. my unsold inventory) is listed under My Sales instead of My Bonanza.. couldn’t figure out how to update my Bonanza booth items until I found the tab under Sales. I guess it makes sense now that I’ve read the groupings are based on features everybody uses vs. features only sellers use.
I cannot use “Not marked as shipped”. That is a huge helper with me. When entering tracking numbers I click on that and it brings me all of the orders that have not been marked as shipped yet in order. Now when I click not marked as shipped it says “0”. Please bring it back. I would appreciate it.

In your “Recent Sales” section, you can click on the title of the offer (the part that says something like “You sold X items to SomeUser”).
That will take you directly to the offer where you can add the tracking information.
Similarly, if you see the “X to ship” alert at the top of the page, click on it to reveal the 4 oldest orders that need to be shipped.
Again, if you click on the title of the offer, you will be redirected to the offer page where you can enter your tracking information.
Also, it appears as though there is a bug in the code we use to find all of a seller’s unshipped orders.

Batch Edit shouldn’t have to be that difficult = now 3 clicks instead of one

I like it. Getting used to it as anything else, takes time. But it seems much neater and more professional. Everything in one spot, I like that.
Question: On my bonanza, where it shows items we bought, is there a way to collapse that or at least remove items?

There isn’t a way to collapse or remove items from that section right now, but that’s a great suggestion. I’ll add it to our list of improvements.

Had 48 items in booth and now I only have 18, not sure I am happy about this!!! How do I fix that?

Really dumb question, but how do we get to the reward tokens. I click this daily when i log in to get my 10 tokens and now i cant find it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you click the “My Bonanza” tab and scroll down the page a little bit, you’ll see three links grouped together – “My Profile”, “Rewards”, and “Background Burns”.
Click on “Rewards” to redeem your daily tokens.

This can be done without Javascript using CSS and it would work a lot better without Javascript. Without Javascript I can click “open in new window” and actually get a new window instead of being forced to stay in the same window for everything as Javascript links are.
I cannot find my Direct Checkout statement which shows funds released and in escrow.

Takes a little time to get used to and absorb.
Only issue I still have is that 4 of the 5 items that it shows from my booth as most viewed have been long (and I mean LONG) SOLD and I wish those would go away (Forever).
Maybe it is just me but IF I searched for an item and found it and clicked on it and it told me it was SOLD (and again SOLD a long time ago) and tried to steer me to a different item (like bait and switch) I as a buyer would NOT want to return ever. Maybe it is just me but can we really afford to alienate customers by showing already sold items from long ago, unless they are specifically looking for ‘Completed Items’ for research purposes.If it is not available for sale, get rid of view access to it. Just my 2 cents.

Anything that “takes getting used to” is not intuitive or user friendly and is designed poorly. In this case, very poorly.
I kind of groaned when we were first notified there would be changes coming – but after clicking around a bit I think it’s real nice. I imagine that was a lot of work!
Will take a little getting used to but overall it appears to be quite intuitive.

Hi esalczynski. I just wanted to say it’s back up. I just tried to click what I usually click to see all orders that have no tracking as of yet and it brought them all up as it did before the whole new change to the site. Thank you for bringing that back. I appreciate that. Makes it a lot easier.

I got the problem with this layout. Your system request from me to update my information. i update my name and address details. but when i click save, your system request my paypal email. then i put back my paypal email and clik save..BUT AGAIN, system request my personal details?and paypal details? I think your system got bug here. It should save my information when i click save. but it not happen..please fix it..Thanks dear bonanza..

On the Feedback page I notice there is a section for Detailed Performance Stats (visible only to Seller) showing a “Refund Rate” and a “Performance Percentile” where 1st percentile = best.
How are these factored? Meaning what criteria is used to make these ratings?

I LOVE the fact that my ‘most popular items’ seem to have changed. They were stuck on the same 4 items for the longest time, none of which had really had any views. oops

The mobile version of this page is next up on our list of things to do. It should be up in another week or two. Obviously it can’t be the exact same as the desktop version, but we’ll be using the same set of ideas.
What a surprise when I signed in yesterday. Refreshing. Excellent job. Will we see more changes to the rest of the site? I hope so. Please continue on with the good work. Question? From my iphone with the Bonanza App. After I sign in, where do I go to find the yellow reward coin so I can add it to my account which I always do each morning from my tablet or desk top. I just can’t seem to find it from signing into my account using the App. Thank you!

Glad I wasn’t the only one looking for “batch edit”.
After looking and looking, I found it a different way.
Only one click this way verses three:
Put mouse cursor over “Sell on Bonanza” link top left corner.
Click on “Undate items as a group” link. This takes you directly to batch edit.
I cant get to my escrow account direct checkout account. when I click the link you posted for others below it says “You do not have permission to access the booth as requested. If this is your own booth and it hasn’t been activated, you must be logged in to view it.”

The link I posted for the other sellers were direct links to direct checkout for their booths. Your direct checkout page has a different URL.
You can get to your direct checkout page by clicking the “My Sales” tab in the left-hand sidebar. Then click “Booth” and click “Direct Checkout” in the menu that opens.

First, click on the “My Sales” tab in the left-hand sidebar.
To edit your items, click “Items”, then click “Manage Items” at the top of the menu that opens.
To edit your booth settings, click on “Booth”, then click “Basic Settings” at the top of the menu that opens.

I have had my store for a month and have almost 200 items listed, very low pricing and everything negotiable. I have had 0 offers, 0 sales. There is something wrong and I have had no help from Bonanza. Very disappointed.
I do not care for this new format. Is there a way I can still use the old format? The old one was much simpler.

QUESTION….in the past you could view orders that were approved but not paid yet….awaiting checkout. Now it appears they do not show on one screen all in one place like before, which was very nice because you could view all ordesr placed but not paid for yet. Is there a spot to view these all in place? Maybe I am just missing it? It is hard now to have to scroll thru sold orders for find out who has not paid yet. Thx for any help you can be. I approve all orders before they are finalized and like to be able to see what orders are still open and not paid for yet as we only hold them open 5 days with no payemnt, then cancel them. Need any easy way to view these unpaid orders.

After the next site update (sometime this week), you will be able to see orders for which you created an invoice and are awaiting payment from the buyer under the “Open Sales” page.
To get there, first, click on the “My Sales” tab in the left-hand sidebar. Then click “Orders” and from the menu that opens, “Open Offers”.

If you look at the “My Bonanza Navigation” example on the left, you will see a link named “Rewards”. Click that link to get to your rewards.
The outdated version of My Bonanza is no longer supported.

I really do not like the new format. If I could have all the features I like/need on one page, it would be nice. I would like to see the rewards on my seller page, not the other page.
I have absolutely no use for my recent purchases, especially since it defaults to an item I tried to buy 2+ years ago and was not available. I grrrrr every time I see it. I have little need for what I recently viewed either as it is usually a research effort.
One feature I would like to see is a stand alone Vacation Settings. In an emergency I want to go to Vacation Setting immediately, not find it several clicks down. Likewise with returning from vacation.
I’ve given the new page a a try and am into my account every day, especially as a seller on multiple venues adjusting inventory. The new page leaves me flat. As others have asked, I would rather go back to the other page with the addition of clear vacation settings. In the alternative give me ONE page with minimal clicking to get to what I want (and a stand alone Vacation Settings).

I may be missing something, but I have to click edit items at the upper right to get back to the new page once I’m signed in, then I have to continue navigating to what I need to view.
