The servers, they are a'movin

Our servers will be changing location this evening, starting at 10pm PST. We're aiming to be back online by 4am PST on Wednesday morning.

The servers last saw the light of day in 2011, and they have expressed a great deal of excitement about finally getting to taste fresh air again.

It might not end up being quite as glorious as the server is dreaming it will be.

cool, is the server migration a prelude to new bonanza services & features?

Looks like it was a tougher migration than expected.. but glad to see you back up and running again!

Happy back up and running again. Wish you would have glob shipping.

That explains why I got alerts about the server certification when I tried to use my bookmarks this afternoon. Thanks for communicating with us.

I missed the post, so was worried this morning when I tried to sign in.

Glad to see we’re all up and running again.

An email to sellers about this would have been nice! I tried to check my account yesterday via bookmark and got a 404; then when I tried the homepage I got a warning about a possible DNS rebinding attack, and had to spend some time researching and worrying about that.

Please tell the servers to settle down.

Better communication is seriously needed! I had a virus alert because of this! I just don’t know how much more I am going to be able to handle. I am a professional business owner. I have no time for loosey goosey tactics.

Was starting to think the IRS was involved. You know how servers get lost.

TimsDiamondWillow says: 06/26/14 at 06:50:20

Is this like a first? I bet you don’t wanna do that again any time soon!

My mental health therapist said I needed some time away from online marketing, so this experience was similar to getting a prescription filled. I’m okay,…for now.

I still cannot access the site thru the url. The only way i can get on the site is for someone to send me a link via facebook to their booth. Why can some access the site and some cant? and are you aware of this? I sent a message thru facebook, but never heard back and i sent a bmail to CS today when i logged in thru someone’s link, and have not heard back as of yet. thanks.

Glad the servers are up but I have to agree better communication besides your blog and twitter messages which I read after the fact would have been nice. Unfortunately I had a facebook and web site ad targeted for yesterday which ended only in confusion and no sales. OY – Not to mention after googling the code I thought I had a computer virus. Live and Learn….

twangerstudios says: 06/26/14 at 15:12:07

thought i should mention –
background burn doesn’t execute on my Mac with firefox nor safari, screen just sits there empty. i miss earning the Rewards for recommending background burns. the last successful burn was April 18th.

Whew- You wore your wrist strap this time!

Servers must have liked the break as everything seems much faster moving now.

My Items quit being forwarded to Google on 6/24/2014. Anything to do with the Servers ???

bonanzamark says in response: 06/30/14 at 10:40:20

They are likely being fed to Google Shopping, just the sent date is not updating. We will double check that on our side just to make sure (nothing needed on your side).

karoden says: 06/30/14 at 13:20:04

Thank You.

I’m unable to register. It keeps giving me a 503 server error.

bonanzamark says in response: 07/01/14 at 11:28:04

Sorry for the trouble. We have not heard of other reports of this error (yet). If you can contact us at [email protected] (or click on the below “Contact” link) we will do our best to assist.
