Variation of the freebie policy

I’m working out a variation of the “freebie policy.” Tell me if this is workable.
So far, I have over 60 items ready to list with GWP in the title (Gift With Purchase.)
Every listing will explain that the buyer may select one item from the GWP listings for each item purchased. GWP items will not be available to purchase; only available with purchase.
Items will be pictured, with a very minimal description other than the title. Size, quantity what item is made of – things like that.

Does this violate any rules and/or regulations?
Is it doable?
Almost every item I sell has shipping included in the list price, so of course, there is no shipping or handling fee.
(I’m really hoping to put myself out of business, because, quite frankly, I’m getting really old, and my health is problematic.)

Yes, sellers can do one freebie per each item bought.Just go under your discounts and coupon sections via the selling drop down left upper corner and then booth settings.
