All recent messages gone.... can't get anyone to help

Anyone else having all recent inbox messages just disappear??
Very frustrating and it seems like you have to wait for someone to email you back. No tech support and I need to process orders. Some messages don’t even show up in filters.

Wish bonanza had a better way to report problems that need attention immediately .

All I can get is new messages I need help retrieving all my messages from the past 2 weeks. I didn’t delete them but they are all gone. Nobody has responded to my help requet so I really stilll need help with this.

I have not had this experience. You could also check your e-mail that bonanza sends messages to. They should be sent there as well.
