Bottom line reality cost?

My question is what is a reasonable price to pay here to get some sales?
Actively searching for this answer and very serious.
Willing to pay some for results.
Thanks. Sandy

I posted a while back asking about the difference in percentages.

Someone mentioned about purchasing a turbo pack at around Christmas time and said they had done good with it. That is something I plan on trying at Christmas.

Here is the link to the thread where I posted. I hope you find it as helpful as I did.

[URL removed] I posted as Playful Pet Palz and Empress Depot in the thread, both are me.

As far as a paid membership goes, the smaller membership has some perks. It takes the big buck memberships to get some advertising added in automatically, which in my opinion takes big ticket items in a booth to pay for that membership. Smaller ticket items (listings) would have to build up quite a bit in order to pay for the higher membership.

Having had the free booth here for years, and having tried all advertising levels, it was my experience that there is no increase in views or sales from using any advertising level above 9%. I’d not recommend using more than the 9% level, as Bonanza expects sellers to bring their own traffic to this site. I have also been a seller on Etsy. There is little traffic to Bonanza compared to Etsy. This is the new Bonanza, a pay to play site…just like Etsy, Bonanza is all about seller services. Starting out with the free booth is good for getting a feel of the site and then if money is no object, move on up to turbo pack advertising or a paid membership level.
Good luck and happy selling!

promote your items on social media for the best views – its free

IMO, you have to have Google Shopping advertising. That means that you should select the 9% advertising rate option. When your item sells, and based on the number of advertising views your item received, you will pay UP TO 9% commission.

Without Google, you are relying either on your own social media advertising and the chance that buyers find you in Google organic (not Google Shopping) search results or the chance that shoppers will browse/search Bonanza for your items.

Thank you all. I have the free with the 9%. I will have to look into the other.
I do not mind going to the other if it will bring sales.
Has anyone done so and noticed a difference with the turbo or paid membership?

Several Sellers here run promotions for Social media – they are less expensive than you might think, once your items are “out-there” and noted on several websites it does bring in sales in a month or so when the pages have circulated. I know I have used a couple people who sell promos – Marsha and Brenda.
