Difficulty in phone number verification

Hello, I am finding it difficult to update my booth via phone number verification. I wrote to support and they said to add 1 in front of my number for it to go through, this I did but the system tells me it’s sending a code which I never get, can someone help with this issue.

I just started the booth and cannot list more items for sale except my booth is updated.

You might double check to see if the phone number you entered is correct. Sometimes, when I am tired, I transpose numbers and don’t even notice it.

Is it sending a text or voice message? Might be your type of phone; Cell, VoIP, App, or House.

I used both and it wont still come through. Its an Android Cell Phone.

I’ve noticed that sometimes +1 is used in some instances for overseas phone# prefixes. Maybe you could try that. It seems that the phone call is not reaching your phone for some reason. Do you know or can you find another overseas (if that’s where you are) seller here at Bonanza and ask how he/she updated their booth?

Yes I am overseas, I wish I could say I have resolved the issue but I have not, if there is any oversea seller here that could Help, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I meant that sometimes the + (plus) sign is added to the 1 and then the #. But I guess you’ve tried that. Not sure how to find overseas merchants here, other than browsing from the homepage.

Maybe you could search for products that use names that you know would be from your country, and find overseas sellers like that. Words that wouldn’t be used in the US.
