Ebay import question re items skipped

I just did an ebay import as seen below.

My ? is how can I see what items were skipped?

I do not see any links to tell me what or why those 25 were skipped.

Am I missing something or is it just not possible?

Thanks :-)

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @THE99CENTHOUSEFUND,

Sorry for the confusion. The import data does not identify which listings were skipped. Please note that, by default, the eBay importer will only copy new listings to your Bonanza booth. It will “skip” any listings which have been previously imported to your Bonanza booth in order to keep the sync running smoothly. If you have updated your listings on eBay and would like for those changes to be reflected on the listings that have already been imported to Bonanza, you will want to update your import settings.

Go to your “Selling > Import from eBay” page and click the link to show the advanced import options. Check the box to “Revise previously imported items,” then reimport your listings to save those settings. The importer will review all listings on eBay (new and previously imported) to copy any updates to your Bonanza booth.

Hope that helps and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Let us know at our support department if you have additional questions or experience issues with your import.
