If I elect to turn on ebay syc, do I first have to remove all my listings first. All 1300 items I have now, are on ebay. Or do can I turn it on and it will weed out the ones that have sold?

As long as you have all your items on ebay, it should be OK to turn on Sync. The problem would come in if you had items on here that weren’t on ebay. It would delete those. There is a check box for removing items here that have sold over there. It is in the part where you import items from ebay. If you import items from ebay, it will not re-import things that are already here, unless you have different prices or different titles on the same item.
