A Canadian buyer wished to purchase a Pyrex England bowl with lid. The offer came up without shipping. When I told him what shipping would be, he wanted to cancel. I had tried to get an accept to go with the stipulation that I needed to add shipping. However, it went without that option. Then I b-mailed him to let him know shipping cost. So he wants to cancel the purchase.

Mark it unpaid when the time is up (I think it’s 7 days) and you shouldn’t be charged the fees. It will put the item back in your booth. There really isn’t an option to mark the transaction as cancelled.

When an offer comes through, you can accept, Review invoice and add shipping, or deny the offer.
If you accept it goes to the buyer, who proceeds to checkout
If you review invoice and suggest a Counter offer (ie add shipping) then the buyer can chose to pay/counter offer again or decline…if the buyer declines then the offer is cancelled
The other option is to decline immediately, which also cancels the offer.
If the offer went back to the buyer without any changes, then as A2z says…you will have to just mark the item as unpaid after 7 days…but check the invoice offer…because I was actually able to cancel an offer immediately a few weeks ago when the buyer decided not to pay for shipping
