Isbn

I have a Dr. Who bookmark listed in my shop. Nextag Feed says I need an ISBN number. This is a handmade bookmark there is no ISBN. How can I correct this because it’s not going into the Nextag feed for people to search.

Also, Bing Feed says there are 84 items not in my feed. It doesn’t show me which items are included. There are page numbers to click on, but when I do, I don’t get a different page.

Thanks for your help.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @Margiecrafts,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble with your advertising feeds. If your listing is not being submitted to Nextag due to missing traits, it means that Nextag requires that specific trait for the category your listing is in. If you do not have an ISBN for this item, we recommend updating your category to one which does not require the ISBN trait in order to publish to Nextag.

Bing may return errors for any inactive items which are in your booth but are not published for sale (i.e. reserved listings or listings missing information required to publish for sale on Bonanza). You can review the platforms your listings are being sent to on your Advertising page (My Booth > Advertise items). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see your listings; to the right are details about which channels your listings are currently posted for sale to.

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?
