Hi StarletVintageJewels have you sent an email to support?

Actually I have been writing to support a lot, about other issues and one technical issue that they agreed is a problem and would look into it. My views again have stopped on a dime. I am actually getting tired of writing support.

In my past experience with support their turn around is slow as in 2 days. The other issue, questions are answered by being sent a link instead of just answering the question. Sorry I did not mean to send negitive energy Lol.

Actually I have had good help on here so far. Just seems like I am writing them to often because of issues.

I was getting the same thing whenever i tried to switch from one booth to another., support told me something about not being connected to the correct browser or something like that., which i know that is not the case, because sometimes it works fine, other times i keep getting lots of whoops and errors. It still happens to me, but i just log out and log back in and its ok for awile., such a pain tho

This is the second day for me here with Whoops error issues and yesterday there was a crash here. At least the site is running less sluggish then yesterday. I don’t think it is a browser issue at all, at least not for me.

They may come back and tell you to clear your cookies and cache. That seems to be a common answer for issues for more than just this site. You would be surprised on how much hidden files and stuff sites download into your machine.

I use the FREE version of CCleaner (do a google search) and download it to your machine. You then need to kick it off manually (the tool not the download) each time you want to clear your machine. Cleans out all sorts of crap files and is quick and easy to use. Remember to download the FREE version.

Good Luck

I don’t believe this is a clear your cookies issue though thankfully never heard it from support here. I don’t believe that it is a computer issue neither because I am fine very where else and on other sites. But I do have CCleaner and do use it on occasion. My computer is fairly new. Thanks Atomic,

I was just having issues trying to load pictures. They loaded….eventually….but not in the normal time frame it usually does. Frustrating.

Yes I found a number of days where the site is slow and sluggish. I have found a number of technical issues that I have wrote Bonanza about. Especially the Stats pages in our shops. They did say they were have issues with them and that they were a fairly new design.

I’m having the same issue Candyapple, except had to log in w each pic upload attempt, then whole site changed format & stopped working very frustrated

None of the drop down boxes work at all for me this is a huge problem !!!!

OK UPDATE I HAVE CLEANED ALL COOKIES HISTORY EVERYTHING AND NOW IT WORKS FINE.

Must be something bonanza changed, because i rarely clean computer out.

OK now a few minutes later not working again!!??

Ok i figured it out just have to log in and out a few times that fixes it.
