Listing using a mobile phone

I list new items almost daily using my cell phone & for over a year have had no issues with it. now suddenly anytime I log in here using mobile web the website format & setup is totally different & I’m unable to list items, I get an error message saying unable to complete last request, & support on here takes a while to answer questions. This is my most efficient method of listing new items so I really need it to work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi! I have used the app on my iPhone with no issues but it’s been about two months for me. I hope support contacted you by now. The staff is good about following up.
