I would open a dispute with paypal if that is how you paid., you only have a certain amount of time to do that, so if i were you, i would file right away, if you have not heard from the seller. If you have heard from the seller, ask them for a tracking number.

First, contact the seller and request tracking information for your item. Second, file a claim through Bonanza and then a claim with Paypal for non-receipt.

It is outside of 30 days so paypal and bonanza will be no help , you need to contact your credit card company and do a charge back . Paypal will then get involved to get there funds back , but you will already have your funds so it wont effect you . But it is some what satisfying to know that the seller now has to pay these fees if he ever decided to sell and get paid via payapal .
