Very strange thing happening with number of views...

one day number of views shows 8 (my shop is only about 3 weeks old), next day 12, next day back to 8, today was 82, a couple hrs later shows 63….why and how is this happening ? is that some sort of hacking ?

Bonanza has this thing called “projected” stats which can result in decreasing views throughout the day. “Stats” on Bonanza are not realiable & are totally useless.

Correction to above projected stats should read “Projected Views”, but no matter really as it is all useless.

Thanks mrsvandy, interesting also that there is a big difference between the list of views for every item, and the number under the graph which changes every day up and down. It really looks like “projected” number.

There are some differences between Your booth stats page and what You are seeing on the listing [URL removed] the first indicates views from actual clicks (from ‘live’ visitors) and the second – recent views, which also includes views from search engine bots.

One more factor (I think, the numbers provided by You reaffirm that it still works this way), B. was showing projected item views (based on previously received), so, later, the actual views may differ from the prognostic.

Thanks ArtistsUnion, These numbers that I see, are my “booth stats”, under “last 30 days” graph. But my booth is about 2 or even 3 weeks old. I actually Re-opened my booth, from trying a year ago.
