We cannot not get support to respond to our inquiries

support took our booth down a week again, we have deleted everything we had for sale and have asked them daily to reinstate the booth. we get automated responses acknowledging our emails, but no one has responded to our daily inquirys for over a week. Why does support not respond?

Sometimes it takes a little while for support to respond to the volume of inquires.

You should have received an email stating that your inquiry was received and that someone will be back with you. The turn around is about 24 hours and sometimes less.
