Normal return policy due to the Danish law for internet trading is the right to return within 14 days from the recieval date of most items. Excluded are custom made items which cannot easily be sold elsewhere or to other customers and therefore not can be returned nor refunded. We are, however, willing to make a refund or replacement if we assume that the item(s)can be sold to other customers within a resonable time.
