Return Policy

Any Defective or DOA product should be reported within 7 days of receipt. KAGLOBAL reserve the right to provide replacement or refund.

We securely package our products and pay attention to details. If there is major physically damaged to the package at the time of delivery, reject the shipment and notify us immediately.
