Seller response: Quality was as advertised and nothing was wrong with the flag. The customer was only charged $15 shipping to Canada, which is the actual rate. The extra $15 they are talking about is due to the fact that our prices are in USD and when converted to CAD it is $15 more. They were charged the advertised price. We tried contacting the customer about this, but they never replied to our messages.
