the tracking number said it was delivered. What will Bonanza do in this case?
Thanks for your response.

It will be between you, the payment processor (PayPal) and the buyer.
Bonanza will try to help with communication between buyer and seller at request, but they really have no influence in the situation since they have no control over the funds

Tell your customer that tracking shows it was delivered. Ask them if they have checked with family members to see if they picked it up. Check with their neighbors to see if it may have been delivered to them.
Tell them to contact their post office, they check and see exactly where the carrier left the package at(what address). Also sometimes the carrier is lazy and will scan the item the day before they actually take it out and deliver it.
If the customer opens up a claim against you through paypal, send paypal the tracking information that shows delivery and Paypal will close the case in your favor.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
