Membership fees

Hi,

I just purchased the Bronze membership and will be trying it out for the free month.

If I choose to continue after the first month but want to cancel after say the third month, will I receive 9 months worth of my payment back?

Thanks.

Hi, Thanks everyone. I don’t see where there’s an option to sign up monthly. (It is Gold, btw and not Bronze.) The membership options say Billed Annually, underneath the price so maybe the monthly option isn’t available any longer.

You can sign up month to month but it is more expensive. If you signed up month to month and you choose to cancel after the 1st month you will pay nothing. If you cancel any subsequent month, you will not receive any money back, it will cancel at the end of your month by not renewing.

If, however, you signed up for a yearly membership, you need to decide in that first free month whether to continue or not. If you cancel during the free month, you will never be billed and your card will not be charged.

Once your membership becomes a paid membership and your card is charged (2nd month) you will not receive any money back after that, your membership will end at the end of your year by not renewing.

My suggestion is, if you are riding the fence near the end of your free month, go ahead and cancel the yearly subscription. When the free month is over, you can sign up for the month to month plan. Once you are confident that you will keep it, you can convert it to the cheaper yearly plan. The only caveat is you only get one free month per booth. So whatever plan you continue you will be charged at the beginning.

I don’t know what a bronze plan costs, but for Silver it is $10 each month in the monthly plan, paid monthly, and $8 per month in the yearly plan, paid annually.

thanks, I knew this was true in the past, but things change and I have not been keeping up with some of the changes…I also think he means gold not bronze…

In the upper left corner of the table you can COMPARE between annual and monthly pricing on membership plans. I assume since there is monthly pricing, you can go month to month.

Hope this helps ;)

Unless, things have changed..no. Once the yearly membership is purchased, you can only cancel before for the year is up so that it does not renew.

There used to be a month to month purchase options but I am not sure if that is still true…
