Hi Multi-mall, easy peasy explanation can be found right here at this link

basically this means that you have chosen the Basic advertising package. Which is the minimum percentage to get your items sent to Google Shopping. If your item sold via a click through Google shopping then that’s why you were charge the 9% commission as opposed to the Economy commission of 3.5% The 3.5% applies when it’s an organic sale. Where you have done the work and advertised and drawn the buyer to your listing.

The fees actually vary. The minimum fee for a transaction on Bonanza is $.50. If you sell an item that you charge $.50 for then the fee would be 100%. That small bit of information is listed on the Pricing link [URL removed]

Pricing Examples
•You sell a $2 item. Although $2 × 3.5% = $0.07 you still owe $0.50 as that is the minimum on any item.
•A buyer buys three of your items for a total of $109 after shipping. The total shipping for the offer is $14, of which $10 is deducted. So your FOV is $109-$10 = $99. Your fee is then 3.5% of $99, or $3.47
•You sell one item for $750 with free shipping. You owe 3.5% on the first $500 ($17.50) and 1.5% on the remaining $250 ($3.75) for a total of $21.25.

Advertising fees are also calculated on top of that base price.

Advertising fees are not “on top” of base price, ie not 3.5% + 9% (if this is chosen ad ) FVF will be a total of up to 9 total. For clarification…
