Site is not accepting my debit card information

I am trying to open my Booth, but it keeps telling me to use a valid credit or debit card for the fees. I have checked and rechecked my card information and everything is correct, but it is not accepting it. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

This is a frequent question on this forum and the best advice is to contact support. Go to bottom of age and click “contact”.

when entering your rip code do not enter 5+4 #s. enter only the 5#zip. it worked for me. this has been a big problem here for a long time and never seems to get fixed.

I went to my bank where my card is issued, they told me it was a security issue with the site. I had to use my Paypal debit card and it finally stuck.

Some bank and/or cards don’t allow a site to put an authorization amount on your card to verify that the card is valid. More than likely, that is the cause of the initial card’s rejection.
