I was shopping in another sellers booth and saw "Showing 0 products in "CLEARANCE"" and same on other categories. I assumed that there was nothing there since that heading shows right at the bottom of the screen. I scrolled down to see if I had already faved that seller and saw products! I went back to other categories and there were products there too. Went to other sellers’ booths and to mine and they were the same. Showing a heading that says there are ZERO products at the bottom of the screen is a great way to lose sales. Is this error showing just for me, or is this showing for everyone? Is it fixable?

I do not know why…but it only does it in booths with custom categories as far as I can tell and I had noticed this some time ago. I had always figured it was a custom categories worked…
I have the site categories and do not have this problem, each of my categories show the number of products
perhaps support has an answer as to why custom categories do not show the number of items

I don’t know why yours shows that way, but I have custom cats, and there are numbers showing as well as listings.

this is what I see…
The first is a custom category in Bookbin’s booth..the other is site category in ccmom’s booth
one shows 0 products though there are items in the custom category and the other shows the number of items in the bonz’s category
It also shows this way when I am not logged into the site, too
