I can't contact seller

I bought item, but I can’t contact seller. Seller never answer. I want to refund but bonanza said only seller can refund. If I never contact seller, how to refund? help me ppl

If you made your payment thru PayPal you can file a claim thru PayPal for a refund, not quite sure how other methods would work out.
