Why does the cart show submit your order for approval?

Can anyone tell me why does the cart show submit your order for approval please. It also shows The seller requires that they approve this order before you can complete your purchase.

1) You made an OFFER (seller indicated OBO on their item) and the seller has to approve and accept your offer, or
2) The seller has their booth settings so that they have to approve (for whatever reason) EVERY transaction.

I am the seller I don’t have an offer to be approved and I cannot see a setting in my booth for approving a transaction

It probably has something to do with the fact that you are shipping from the UK. Guessing that it is related to shipping charges.

You don’t have shipping options set on your items. Buyers can’t complete purchase without knowing shipping costs.

If you meant shipping to be FREE, you have to indicate $0 for shipping, not “No shipping”

@Stylishdesigns, can You, please, check Your settings here (maybe it has something to do with Your case):

Account —> Account Settings —> Seller Setting —> scroll to Invoice settings

When I approve an order, send the buyer thier invoice automatically (don’t prompt be to review the invoice)

This option must not be checked…otherwise no matter what you do with shipping, the sale will always be submitted for approval

Thank you for your suggestions, I am completely confused as I have already chosen the $0 option. I suspect that because I’m a UK seller that it is causing the problems, I don’t know what else to try at the moment :-(

You will need to set up a shipping profile that says FREE shipping to USA.
