This is a quality product. Tupperware always is worth the extra bucks. I hate the cheap plastics that will not hold weight or look just that, cheap. This allows for a generous serving of chips, veggies, or whatever you like to be served with the dip I hate buying a platter like this that only allows a handful of the snack. It cleans up really nice. Tupperware has a lifetime warranty so need I say more. They definitely stand behind their products. My understanding from friends who have had old pieces stain or go bad in some way...they will replace them with that item if available or give you an item like it. Now say that about your other plastics. :) Loving this piece. And NO you can not have it. LOL.
