Paypal

If you've checked the Paypal box (Edit booth options -> Payments & purchases), people will be able to buy your items directly. They will be told to send payment to the Paypal address you specified while creating your booth. The money is transferred to your account by the magic of the Internet (possibly elves) when the buyer completes the checkout process.

Note: You will need a Premier or Business Paypal account in order to receive payments as a seller.

Q. Is one better than the other? I have a Paypal account. Would that be fine?
A. Yes, having a Paypal account would be fine. That said, the more options you have, the better position you put yourself in to succeed. You will save money too

A personal Paypal account will not let you accept payments from credit cards. To accept credit card payments with Paypal you need an upgraded Paypal account.

Q. Does Paypal offers the same buyer protection as on eBay?
A. Paypal’s policies change frequently so it’s best to check their website for their current buyer protection policies.

Q. does your paypal have to be verified?
A. You don’t need a verified account, but it gives buyers more confidence in the transaction and unverified accounts have more limits placed on them by Paypal

Q. Do buyers need to have a paypal account to purchase from Bonanza or can they just purchase with their credit card without having an account?
A. Buyers can make a purchase with a credit card if they don’t have a Paypal account. The processor will still be Paypal, but they will process it even if the buyer doesn’t have an account

Q- I had a debit on my bank acct of 11 cents by Bonanza, what am I supposed to do with this? I mean is that a charge, or what?

A- To confirm a sellers identity, our system will do a dummy charge to your account of $ .11. The charge will remain pending for 3 days then fall off of the account (without actually removing the $.11).
