About me
Howdy Folks,
Welcome to Whiskey Jack’s Trading Post! I’m sure glad you stopped by, and I’m flattered that you’ve taken the time to read up a little about me. I’ve been selling online for about three years now, and on Bonanzle since October 2008. I am a part time writer, if you can count a blog as writing, and I also write a little Cowboy Poetry from time to time.I’ve recently “retired†from my job with the state (although the state did help with that decision by “downsizingâ€), and I am now selling full time online. I hope to be able to bring a large variety of items to my customers as I make this switch from part time online selling to full time.
Although I hope to specialize in antiques and collectibles – especially antique and collectible glass and pottery, I won’t limit myself, and so you never really know what you’ll find in my booth! I am a member of the Glass and Pottery Sellers Association, and I make it a point to adhere to the GPSA guidelines for online sellers (which are pretty stringent), in order to provide my customers with the best service I can.
I try to do everything I can to make purchasing from me as easy and pleasant as possible, and customer service is always a priority with me, so please feel confident when buying any of my items. By the way, if you haven't heard the Auction Wally show, or Auction Wally’s Brainstorming Bonanzle Show, I heartily recommend them. They are very entertaining and very, very informative. You can just Google his name, "Auction Wally" and you'll find his site and podcasts.
AUCTIONS EVERY MONDAY NIGHT!!!
[CURRENTLY ON HOLD UNTIL I CAN START THEM UP AGAIN. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE]Please note that the winning bidder is responsible for the stated shipping charges for each item won. If you win more than one item, please make your offer for the combined winning bids for all items, and I will then repackage your items and send a counter offer which will reflect the combined shipping charge. For those who win one item, please add the stated item shipping charge to your winning bid/offer, and I will accept the offer and ship your item, usually within 1-2 days. If you do not add the stated shipping charge to your offer, I will have to counter with an amended offer which includes the shipping charge, and this will only slow down the process, and the delivery time for your item.
All auction sales are final, and all auction items are sold "As Is", please check the item descriptions so you know what you are bidding on and what you have won. There are no returns on auction items. Payment on items won at Whiskey Jack's auctions is expected within 3 business days, unless arrangements are made prior to the auction or immediately after the auction (but not during the auction please). If items won during the auction are not paid for within 3 business days, the item will be relisted, and as much as I regret it, I will have to leave negative feedback. Sorry.
Well, that's about all for now. I hope to see you all here at the Trading Post.
Thanks, and Best Regards,
Whiskey Jack -
