  Hello, I'm Angie!
  I am an old-fashioned Southern girl with a love for God, family, and whole living, Loving the frugal lifestyle, I enjoy couponing, thrifting, gardening, and making my own homemade household cleaners and bath items. My European ancestry overrides me 85% of the time as I drink English tea with milk and read Jane Austen fervently. I am a sophomore at Lamar University pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing while also studying literature, psychology and criminal justice. As a self-proclaimed dork, I am much more at home in a quiet library corner or Barnes & Noble rather than any store or entertainment venue. I adore music. I'm passionate about my pets and love animals in general.
  My personal life is centered around my daughters and the love of my life. My boyfriend is a dual-degreed college grad who loves my girls and me more than anything. We are living a simple life, content with our surroundings yet, excited about the blessings God has in store for us!
  As for my hobbies, I collect vintage literature, vintage sheets, vintage Pyrex,vintage hankies, pink Depression glass, and vintage flower frogs.I am an author of a lovely blog called The Pyrex Collective. I recently received my first sewing machine for my birthday..it is a Singer 4423 Heavy Duty. The following week I picked up a vintage Singer 401a Slant-needle in the original cabinet for $13!!! Then, the next week my boyfriend found a vintage Singer 257 Fashion-mate while we were at a local flea market...$8!!! I now look for vintage Singer sewing books, notions, and accessories :) I'm a vintage girl :)
  I adore antique malls, flea markets, rummage sales, and thrift stores. I'd rather shop Goodwill and Salvation Army than Macy's or Target!
