  Hi, my name is Jo Ann. My husband is retired Air Force. We decided to live out his dream of a small ranch in a little country town. We have 6 cows, 3 pigs, and a horse (Golden Ruby Spar). We live in the Piney Woods of East Texas. I am originally from Houston and I never dreamed I would ever live in the country, but here I am and loving it! I worked for years as an Executive Assistant. I tried a gift basket and floral arrangement business, but that was too hard on my back.

  My husband started buying via online auctions in 2004. I signed up, but didn't like the auction process very much. I didn't like losing a bid on something I really wanted. Here in the last year or so, I finally started bidding and winning. I had a booth at a nearby fleamarket selling Mia Bella candles. Life got in the way (too many doctors appointments) and I decided to sell what was left of my stock online. I sold everything and thus decided I would give online selling a try. I tend to be honest to a fault. Most of the time I barely break even on a sale. I try to treat my customers the way I want to be treated. I'm not trying to get rich overnight, just trying to supplement our fixed income and keep the animals fed. I was looking around for an alternative to the site I was selling on and stumbled upon Bonanzle after reading a forum comment at PSU. I am loving it here at Bonanzle. It's like having my own fleamarket booth without leaving home to check on it. Bonanzle is the best of both worlds, fleamarket sales and stay at home out of the weather.
