Lately every time i come to bonanza i am required to update my credit card. i have updated it at least10 times.

Enough enough!Fix this. This is disturbing! I have to get my billfold out. Get credit card out of the billfold. Copy the same number down that you already have with the expiration date etc. After 10 times you have no desire to come on the Bonanza site. Please, please fix this. Thanks, Jane

Because my Credit Card has always been kept up to date it made no sense so I have totally ignored it with no problems :)

I had problems several weeks ago would not take my updated info nor could I put it in as new. Although it said copy exactly from your credit card that is not true. My card has 5+4 zip. And that was the problem. If you are doing that change and just use 5# zip.

@reksplace36 is right, it’s possible to move on and work on an account – of course, the best option for janesgem would be to have it fixed by Justin (just not to see this disturbing “update Your card” page reappearing over and over again).

And items of both of them, janesgem’s and reksplace36’s, are visible in Google [URL removed]

ArtistsUnion, That is good that their items are being shown, HOWEVER this happened to me twice, both times my card was good, I even went to my bank to verify, The one time my booth was closed & the other time I received a message from bonz saying my items were not being advertised

actually that is google organic…anything on the internet shows in organic searches…google shopping is the one we have to pay for (with our advertising fvf)

“items are not being seen on the internet” and “items were not being advertised” are two different things (as Cindy has correctly written above). That’s why I’ve shown their items visible on the internet.

“The one time my booth was closed” – I’m sad to hear that You’ve had to experience this. So, now it’s better that booths stay open until cards are updated or, if they are correct, the technical problem is fixed.

It was not a technical problem, if it was, then it was accompanied by a message from bonanza mgt. saying that my booth was closed till i added/updated my card.
