Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview was launched in May 12, 2006 with a single purpose: To find you the lowest prices on name brand software.

We do it by buying quantities of overstocks, etc from manufacturers and other retailers. And, unlike other dot coms, we try to keep things simple by keeping our overhead down.IT pros, corporations, government agencies and individual users are all welcome. Get great software.

Shipping policy

We believe everyone knows that the cost of shipping is a real and growing expense. In spite of the scheduled fees we do charge (see below), we rarely cover our direct cost of just the shipping charges we are charged by USPS and other trucking companies, let alone the cost of packaging and labor to prepare for shipping.

Once your order is placed with us, actual delivery times will vary with different manufacturers, so please allow reasonable time. On most pages you will be notified with the approximate shipping time. If you need a product quicker (gifts, etc.) email us and we will make every attempt to meet your needs.

Return policy

Any non-defective, undamaged and properly shipped product may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date the item was received provided they meet the conditions stated below.

Software must be in its original box and unopened. Please note, due to advances in CD/DVD copy technology we do not accept any opened or used software for copyright infringement purposes.

1. To initiate any return, contact at [email protected] DO NOT send prior to instructions from us as to where to ship, as our products come from all over the country & many of our suppliers will not accept returns

2. All items returned for a refund or exchange MUST be shipped back with tracking & delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or incorrectly addressed packages, no exceptions to the rule.

3. The cost of initial shipping & all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns in excess of $100 must be insured. The cost of reshipping any item to you on exchange is also your responsibility. NO FREE shipping on exchanges.

4. Items eligible for either exchange or refund must be in their original condition & shipped back in their original packaging to be acceptable for exchange. Credits & refunds are issued only after returns are received in saleable condition. In the event an item is returned damaged or, because of it’s returned condition, must be repackaged for resale, a 35% restocking fee will be assessed. In the event the returned item is no longer saleable, then the item will be returned to you & no credit or exchange will be permitted unless you have informed the delivery company of delivery damages on the original arrival to you (see below).

5. System Requirement’s & Responsibility: (Please read Carefully)
Although we do our best to list system requirements, it is the responsibility of each buyer to know their own pc configuration, settings & to research game specifications. Use your browser, type in the name of the game & system requirements to obtain information that should help you select a game. We do not offer technical support.

6. We DO NOT refund for compatibility problems. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to know their computer. We are not responsible for software that does not function properly due to your system’s failure to operate, or failure to meet the system’s minimum requirements, or if the CD key is already registered. The item will have to be proven defective before a replacement or refund is issued. If you have questions about this, please email us before you purchase any item.

7. PRE-OWNED Games (Please read Carefully)
All Pre-Owned games are played, tested & approved on various systems & are 100% guaranteed to work if they meet the minimum system requirements as outlined by the manufacturer. Enjoy everyday savings when you buy used games accessories. It’s a great way to stretch your budget & build your game collection quickly, Unfortunately all Pre-Owned games are sold AS/IS, meaning there are no returns & no refunds.

8. Vintage Games: (Please read Carefully)
All vintage games i.e. games designed to run on DOS, Win 95/98/ME systems are sold As is. We do not refund for compatibility problems. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to know their computer. We are not responsible for software that does not function properly due to your system’s failure to operate, or failure to meet the system’s minimum requirements

Damaged Items:
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to properly inspect your items when you receive them. If damage to shipping material is obvious, please inspect items immediately & notify the USPS, Fed Ex, or other delivery persons of damages. Notification of damages must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods, & customers are responsible for notifying the delivery company of damages. Retain all shipping materials as they will be needed to show to the shipping company. It is very important that you notify us immediately of any damages so we can properly advise you.
