Return policy

When purchasing this item please make sure you have reviewed the description, conditions, and pictures asking any questions you may have. I do my best to make sure that all items are described correctly and that is reflected in my rating. There is a 25% restocking fee that will be charged for returning the item. I don’t refund the cost of the original shipping and you must pay for the item to be shipped back to me. Once I received the item it will be inspected to see if it has been returned in the condition that it was in when it was shipped to you. At that time you will receive an email that will tell you how much your refund will be. Please inspect the item when you receive it immediately and notify me within 24 hours if the item was broken or any other problems. There are no returns for items broken in shipping (please purchase insurance so that this is covered). You must send me a picture of the item if it was broken in shipping. Please do not send broken requests after 24 hours because they will not be covered.
