Look closely (with a magnifying Eye Loupe) and if you see NO air bubbles within the glass then it would be a vintage Murano Inkwell (approx $50-$70) since many had no markings back then; whereas, the new ones do now.

If there are air bubbles in the glass, then it would not be Murano but instead a vintage inkwell (either Japan made or USA) [URL removed] $25-$35.

Good luck!

Very cool and I can’t help, but others will want measurements and any kind of marks on it. Looks to be glass and some kind of metal??

It is heavy green glass and the circle in it looks to be copper, the pen is a silver color, no markings.
Thank you Montrose for your answer, that helps me a lot. With a magnifying glass it does not show any bubbles, but I will get a jewler to check it out for me, thanks so much, now just hope I can sell it.
