Anyone know anything about this old 1925 foreign necklace medal?

I cannot find any information on this piece, or what the language is or what it reads on the pendant.

Maybe a foreign medal of some kind?

Measures 10 1/2" long overall doubled up and the pendant is not marked on the back and pendant measures 5/8" in diameter and 1/4" thick.

Thanks Much for any help Cody

Divine has already helped you with your initial inquiry, I just wanted to suggest that you get a little simichrome and test those beads for bakelite. That could only add to their desirability.
