well ive actually repaired a top or 2 in my day for the neices and nephews..most have a wooden handle attached to a cork screwed piece of metal going down into the drive of the top..if this is the style u have u can remove the wooden portion of the handle taking care not to break it or wallow out the mounting hole on it..then find u a piece of pipe as close to the size of the cork screwed bar taking into account ur wanting a tight fit..then using the piece of pipe as a cheater bar slowly bend the bent bar back into line do it slowly as not to cause the bar any more undo stress if u do it too fast u can cause friction cracks and eventually it would snap off while being played with
