Error #563; Credit Card Denied, Billed Everyday

Hello, I’m new here and hoping to resolve my situation…

My account has been on hold for almost a week for credit card issue.

I have tried to update my credit card info, but three of my four credit cards (all issued in Japan) are not even registered onto the system.

For the fourth credit (debit) card, Bonanza charges very small amount like $15 almost everyday.
Sometimes, twice a day.
When it fails, the system gives Error #563.
I would be happy to pay if it is something I owe, but the fee seems to be added everyday.

I have contacted support team five or six times for manual approval and asked whether they can add my other credit cards, but all I have received until now are the same [URL removed]

Thank you for emailing. The credit card is declining.

Please add/update the card.

Account > Account dashboard
Click Settings
Click Seller Settings
Add a new card

Let me know once the card is updated so we can close the loop on this.

Had the same issue. Support simply doesn’t want to read the concern and replies with the same template message.
I added $100 to my card, it charged me again, but the card went through.
Now I will need to figure out what to do with the charge
Support will not help you, it’s the worst here. You will need to figure something out

We are so sorry to hear that you still have not been able to enter your credit card information.

Here are steps that may help with this.

1. Clear your browser history
2. Disable auto-fill so old information will not auto-populate.
3. The Credit Card billing address must match your address on your Bonanza Account Settings.
Even the letter case and every format of the billing address has to match the address in your account settings page.
Once you have made these changes be sure to save at the bottom of the page. Here is a link to your Account Settings Page

4 Enter CVV number on the back of credit card

If you are still unable to add the credit card we recommend trying a different card.

Thank you so much!
I’m relieved to hear that I’m not the only one with this issue.

I just added $50, Bonanza charged $13, and my card went through.
I will add another $100 just like you did, so I can sell for another week or so…

I’m wondering if this is how it works… definitely learning the idea of self-help.
