I filed a complaint with the WA Attorney General. Y'all should too.

It was really easy to do. I complained about the recent price jackups, the corresponding drop in sales I’ve experienced, the fact that live chat was advertised as a membership feature but doesn’t actually exist, etc.

Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like assistance. I can’t post my contact information here but you can find me elsewhere.

Quincy ignored me at Stage 1, so now I have moved on to Stage 2.

The company’s LLC is now located in Florida.
Additionally, the company Hanson Enterprises of which Quincy is listed as CEO on their website, is now suing Bonanza Worldwide LLC for some reason, most likely not good.

I remember seeing a Florida address somewhere, but everything in current search results says Washington. Are you sure it moved to FL recently? Just want to make sure I’m complaining to the right AG. Thanks.

Thank you, I will file with FL as well.

Okay I filed with FL as well.

Oh wow, I have dealt with Quincy on a few occasions and he has been great. That being said, our sales have fallen off a cliff since he took over and that’s just way too much of a coincidence. I also don’t get the impression that any of the older employees who were here initially after the buyout are here anymore…..

Probably will be closing our store at this point.
