Is anyone else upset that they are basically forcing us to use their shipping or fining us if we don’t? That’s like going into Target and being charged more for not using their card. It is ridiculous.
I am closing up after 7 years.
I ship through pirateship so all of my shipping is in one place for tax time. They do not accept pirateship. I would have cancelled the sale today had I known pirateship wasn’t accepted.
I hope more sellers leave and they realize what a mistake this was. I am an adult and do not need to be punished for having my own shipping account elsewhere.

Agreed, absolutely horrible decision on Bonanzas part, but, you can tell the new owners have a deal set with their postal people so they get a kickback and since most do not use Bonanza shipping they figure they will just get it from us…the seller. But, it is what it is. All sites have their little tricky way to make their money, some worse than others. I gotta say I do like the fact there isn’t a ton of popup ads here….yet.

I do not like being strong armed into their shipping when I have been using paypal shipping for all the years I have been here

I put my shop on vacation because an agent at Bonanza told me in an email that I could type in PS as a third party shipper about a week and a half ago. Today she tells me I can’t and I misunderstood. I copied and pasted the email she wrote to me and haven’t received a reply since. I am not going to be forced to use their shipping. You have to wait forever to receive replies if you have questions. On PS you can get answers in minutes. What a disaster. I will probably be closing shop soon.

I selected a 4×6 label, but its only for a standard printer, not my thermal label printer. Bonanza also is more expensive than Pirate Ship, and charges $.25 to print a label.
Not impressed at all, and not going to offer discounts on my items anymore to make up for the increased fees.
They charge fees when we make a sale, they shouldn’t charge an extra $.25 to print a label we’re forced to purchase from them.

I don’t understand this I have a label writer and stamps why do i need anyone doing a shipping label that we can do ourselves. And as far as tracking we get tracking labels free form the post office.

I have been fighting with them over this and now have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission over restraint of trade. If everyone does they will get hammered over this greed move by the new owner.
