Oops! changes are needed to complete your order seller not currently accepting offers.

I’m unable to find the setting to turn this feature off. I added the seller’s coupon. I don’t want to have to purchase the item(s) as a guest checkout as I have an account already. Is there a setting to turn this off? I can’t make the purchase due to this error message. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @ColdCaseMedium,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The seller’s settings are currently preventing you from completing checkout. We’d recommend advising the seller to contact Bonanza at [email protected] so we can assist them with adjusting their settings. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for shopping at Bonanza!

Clear Cache, remove item from cart and then try again..

otherwise contact the seller..it may be a set up problem on the seller’s side (ie shipping not set up correctly or some other issue)

then contact Bonanza

I also had a message earlier that simply stated Does this site work ??

Since they did not reply to my inquiry as to the problem, I am thinking they had trouble checking out also
