On the shipping label page, there was a little blurb that if I added $110 to my shipping fund, I would receive a $1.05 credit on the label I was about to print. I added $110 to the fund and printed the label. The full shipping amount (21.42) was deducted from the balance…. the credit of $1.05 was not applied. Should it have shown immediately and if not, when does it show?
