The help system was on Zendesk. That makes it easy for agents to send help articles via macros. They may be changing back to help system on the Bonanza servers.

Maybe. That’s usually the kind of thing you would announce or have the replacement active launched before it happens though. Hopefully they ran a backup so all the information isn’t gone.

The thing is, I came here to ask the exact same thing 9 days later!

I confirm seeing the same message.

Has there been any substantive support for the past 18 months?

Can you ask and receive an answer from a zombie for the safest route to the exit?

Honestly I’ve kept the booth active just in case it turns around.

I’vw two stores on vacation waiting for a turn around or takeover. Patiently waiting like others for over a year now. Not sure when I’ll finally lose all interest out it’s not much longer.

Actually, I can say there is at least one live person who helps as I had 4 items that needed reviewed, 1 from months ago, and I actually received both a reply and all items reviewed and listed. This was about 2-3 weeks ago.

That’s good to know there is someone still keeping the lights on.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
