We recommend that you contact the seller directly by logging into Bonanza and hovering your mouse over the “Account” tab in the upper left-hand corner of any page and selecting “Recent Purchases” from the drop-down menu. If contacting the seller doesn’t get results, open up a claim with PayPal, if that’s what you used. If you didn’t use PayPal, open up a payment dispute with you bank.
