Why did bonanza remove all of my stuff?

I know it’s been a while since I last logged in, but I wasn’t given a warning that all of my listings would be removed.

Is this a new policy? Any way to retrieve all of the listings I took the time to make?

Sorry for the troubles @game_extras_and_more. Like the posts above, we require all sellers to have an active card on their account at all times. After looking at your booth, we see that you activated Vacation Mode and all of your listings on in your reserved folder.

To make your items active, you’ll want to go to Selling > Batch Edit Items. Select your listings and use the tool “Set Status to For Sale” and then apply changes. This should get your items back online!

Yes contact support. I am pretty sure if you do not respond to their email (which i have received also) when you have not logged in a while, your booth will be made inactive., but im not sure about actually removing all your items., They need to do this since there are so many inactive booths on bonanza.

Do you have an active credit card in your account to pay the fees? This is the reason why they would delete items.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
