Ballestar Vincente (Vicenc) Ballestar is an award-winning, master watercolorist from Barcelona Spain. He is the current president of the Watercolor Society of Cataluña.Ballestar Vicente was born in 1929 in Barcelona and studied at the renowned art school "Lonja" and the Academy "Baixas". His drawings he produced since the beginning of his career preferably in watercolor technique. He is a member of the Catalan Association of Watercolor Painters, and received the medal of honor of this association.1988, one of his paintings was accepted into the City Museum of Nimes, where he austellte alongside Madrid, Barcelona, Ceret and Collioure often. How were many Spanish artists at the beginning of his work in collective exhibitions to admire (in Spain and Italy). In addition to the bastion-Verlag, he worked for the publishers Hale, Cleveland, Semic, Senic and Winther-painting and published textbooks.
