This is a Pair of Antique Porcelain 9 1/2" Luncheon or Dinner Plates from Royal and O E G - Oscar and Edgar Gutherz - Made in Austria. They have a floral pattern and gold accents along the rim and both are in good pre-owned antique condition with no chips or cracks.
