2009 Butterick Pattern B5367 - Tote Bags
Pieces and instructions to make: Tote Bags in 3 Styles (Pattern shows 4 but 2 are pretty much the same).
Pattern is Factory Folded, Complete and Uncut. Check out the picture of the back of the patten for fabric and notion information.
